Government of India

Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Leadership Award presented by the Government of India in recognition of outstanding healthcare leadership. Dr. Karki also led 46 Nepali doctors to a Management Development Programme at PGIMER, Chandigarh as part of this cooperation.

Krishna Laxmi-Laxmi Shrestha Memorial Foundation

Awarded for impactful rural healthcare service including free health camps in Bhojpur and other underserved communities. Dr. Karki's family also donated 20 ropani of land to the Gurukul, and his leadership secured an ambulance for Pyauli Hospital through the Indian Embassy.
